Are eStatements Safe?
You will have peace of mind knowing that your statements are delivered securely to our password protected portal. eStatements are safer than those delivered by mail because they cannot be lost, intercepted or copied in delivery.
Can I save my eStatements?
You can print out hard copies, or save them as PDFs to your computer.
When do eStatements arrive?
They arrive the day after your statement cycle ends. Meaning you'll receive them faster. For personal accounts they will arrive on the 21st of the month, for business accounts they will arrive on the 1st of the month.
How will I know my Statement has arrived?
We alert you by e-mail to let you know an eStatement has arrived.
Will my eStatements look the same as my paper statements?
Yes. eStatements are exactly the same as the paper statements and include your check images.
Can I look at previous eStatements?
Yes, the day you sign up you can view up to 18 months of eStatements.
Can I share access to my eStatements?
Yes. eStatement users can grant access to people like, lawyers, accountants, or anyone who you want to have access to your statements. It has never been easier to share your statements with the people you choose.
